بلدية مسقط تفرض غرامة 100 ريال عُماني على التشجير خارج حدود المنزل دون تصريح ! وهذه تفاصيل استخراج التصريح

أعلنت بلدية مسقط عن فرض غرامة إدارية قدرها 100 ريال عُماني على كل من يقوم بالتشجير خارج حدود قطعة أرضه السكنية دون الحصول على تصريح مسبق، وذلك في إطار تنظيم استخدام المساحات العامة والحفاظ على النظام العمراني والبيئي في المدينة.
وأوضحت البلدية أنه في حال عدم تصحيح المخالفة، ستُفرض غرامة يومية قدرها 10 ريالات عُمانية، بحد أقصى 200 ريال، مع إلزام المخالف بإزالة الأشجار أو تعديل وضعها بما يتوافق مع القوانين المعمول بها.
وتوفر بلدية مسقط خدمة إصدار تصريح التشجير إلكترونيًا عبر موقعها الرسمي أو من خلال مكاتب سند للخدمات، على أن يرفق المتقدم سند الملكية والرسم المساحي المحدث، وتُمنح الخدمة مجانًا، مع دفع رسوم تأمين قدرها 50 ريالًا عُمانيًا تُسترد لاحقًا بعد الالتزام بالضوابط.
يأتي هذا الإجراء ضمن حملة توعوية أطلقتها البلدية بهدف تعزيز الوعي بأهمية التشجير المنظم، وضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للمساحات العامة والخاصة بما يخدم المظهر الحضري ويحافظ على السلامة العامة.
