إقبال استثنائي من المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين على وحدات المرحلة الأولى من مشروع ” مستير هايتس” في الجبل العالي خلال (أكتوبر العمران)
أعلنت شركة “مُستير”، ذراع التطوير العقاري لمجموعة محمد البرواني، عن إقبال استثنائي على حجوزات وحدات المرحلة الأولى من مشروع “مُستير هايتس” في الجبل العالي بولاية الجبل الأخضر، وذلك خلال مشاركتها في معرض ومؤتمر “أكتوبر العمران 2026” الذي نظمته وزارة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني، في الفترة من 5 إلى 8 أكتوبر 2026 في مركز عُمان للمؤتمرات والمعارض.
يعكس هذا الإقبال من المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين جاذبية القطاع العقاري في سلطنة عُمان، والقيمة الاستثمارية التي تضيفها مشاريع التطوير المتميزة، حيث جاء بعد أيام قليلة من الإعلان عن بدء الحجوزات المبدئية لأولى مراحل مشروع ” مُستير هايتس”، المجمع السكني الفاخر في الجبل العالي بولاية الجبل الأخضر، الذي يُقام على ارتفاع 2,400 متر فوق سطح البحر، ليكون أعلى مجمّع سكني في السلطنة وأحد أعلى مشاريع التطوير العقاري الفاخرة في المنطقة.
ويتوقع تسليم وحدات المرحلة الأولى من مشروع ” مُستير هايتس”، الذي يتيح التملك لمختلف الجنسيات بنظام التملك الحر، خلال الربع الأخير من العام 2030. وتضم هذه المرحلة 106 وحدات سكنية، تشمل 42 شاليه (Chalet) مكونة من 3 غرف نوم وغرفة لعاملة المنزل، و36 فلة ديلوكس مكونة من 3 إلى 4 غرف نوم وغرفة لعاملة المنزل، 28 فلة توين (Twin) تضم نوعين، النوع الأول مكون من غرفتي نوم، والنوع الثاني مكون من غرفتي نوم وغرفة لعاملة المنزل.
وقال حارث البراشدي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مُستير: ” يؤكد هذا الإقبال ثقة المستثمرين بمشروع “مُستير هايتس” والفرص النوعية التي يوفرها مخطط الجبل العالي، إحدى المبادرات الإستراتيجية لوزارة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني لتطوير مدن ذكية ومستدامة. ويسهم هذا الإقبال في تعزيز التزامنا بتقديم وجهة فاخرة ومستدامة تلبي متطلبات المستثمرين المحليين والدوليين، والمساهمة في تحقيق أولويات رؤية عُمان 2040، وترسيخ مكانة السلطنة كوجهة مفضلة للاستثمارات العقارية النوعية والحياة العصرية والسياحة”.
وأضاف: “يعكس الإقبال على وحدات “مُستير هايتس” نجاحه في مواكبة توجهات المستثمرين الذين يركزون على الأصول العقارية عالية الجودة والاستثمارات ذات القيمة طويلة الأجل، والمجمعات السكنية المتكاملة. ونتقدم بالشكر لوزارة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني على تنظيم معرض “أكتوبر العمران”، الذي أتاح منصة مهمة للتواصل مع المستثمرين والمشترين والمطورين والجهات الحكومية وخبراء العقارات من أكثر من 44 دولة من مختلف أنحاء العالم لتعزيز دور التخطيط الحضري في دعم التنمية الشاملة. ونجدد التزامنا بالعمل على تنفيذ مشروع “مُستير هايتس” وفقاً لأعلى المعايير والمواصفات لضمان وجهة فاخرة تجمع بين الرفاهية والاستدامة وأنماط الحياة العصرية، وذلك بالاستفادة من خبراتنا في تطوير مشاريع عالمية مستدامة وعالية القيمة داخل وخارج السلطنة”.
يوفر مشروع “مُستير هايتس”، الذي تصل استثماراته إلى 500 مليون ريال عُماني ويقام على مساحة تتجاوز مليوناً و600 ألف متر مربع، أكثر من 800 فلة فاخرة، إلى جانب منتجع صحي وبوليفارد للمحال التجارية وممشى للمطاعم والمقاهي، ومساحات مخصصة للعمل عن بُعد داخل الوحدات السكنية. ويقام المشروع على ارتفاع 2,400 متر فوق سطح البحر، ما يمنحه طبيعة مناخية مميزة وأجواءً معتدلة ودرجات حرارة منخفضة على مدار العام.
