إعادة التدوير من الفكرة إلى الواقع.. هيئة البيئة بالسويق تقود مبادرات نحو اقتصاد دائري مستدام

نظمت هيئة البيئة بولاية السويق ورشة عمل تحت عنوان “إعادة تدوير النفايات”، برعاية المهندس نزار بن سالم بن آل فنة العريمي، مدير إدارة البيئة بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، وذلك بقاعة جامع السلطان قابوس بالسويق، وحضر الفعالية عدد من المهندسين والخبراء والمختصين في مجال البيئة من القطاعين الحكومي والخاص، إلى جانب الباحثين وطلاب الجامعات والمدارس.
محاور الورشة وأهدافها
تطرقت الورشة إلى التعريف بمفهوم إعادة تدوير النفايات وأهداف الاقتصاد الدائري، كما ركزت على الفرص الاستثمارية والتحديات التي تواجه مشاريع التدوير، وتم التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لوضع استراتيجية عمل تهدف إلى إيجاد حلول مبتكرة تدعم قطاع التدوير في السلطنة، بما يتماشى مع رؤية عمان 2040.
أوراق العمل المقدمة
تم تقديم ورقتي عمل رئيسيتين خلال الورشة:
- التجارب العالمية والإقليمية في إدارة النفايات والتحول نحو الاقتصاد الدائري، قدمها الفاضل مبارك بن سليم الكلباني، أخصائي شؤون بيئية، وركزت الورقة على استعراض الممارسات العالمية في إدارة النفايات وسبل التحول نحو الاقتصاد الدائري بما يدعم رؤية عمان 2040.
- تجربة شركة بيئة في إعادة تدوير مخلفات البناء والهدم، قدمها المهندسان جمال بن محمد العبري وخليل الزدجالي، وتناولت الورقة عمليات استقبال النفايات وفرزها، وتوضيح مراحل إعادة التدوير، مثل تكسير النفايات وتحويلها إلى مواد أولية قابلة للاستخدام، إلى جانب إعادة تدوير الأخشاب والبلاستيك والزيوت.
الفعاليات المصاحبة
تضمنت الورشة مسرحية قصيرة بعنوان “فريق مبادرات مثمرة” قدمتها مدرسة أحد للتعليم الأساسي، والتي هدفت إلى تعزيز الوعي بأهمية إعادة التدوير، وكما قام الحضور بجولة في المعرض المصاحب الذي استعرض مشاريع ومبادرات مبتكرة في مجال إدارة النفايات.
جهود مستمرة لدعم الاقتصاد الوطني
تأتي هذه الورشة ضمن سلسلة المبادرات التي تنظمها هيئة البيئة لتعزيز ثقافة إعادة التدوير ودعم الاقتصاد الدائري في السلطنة، ومنذ عام 2018، تم إطلاق مشروع إعادة التدوير الذي يضم 29 موقعًا في السلطنة، بما في ذلك مواقع في منطقة الدقم ووادي الحوقين، والذي يساهم في تقليل النفايات العشوائية وتحويلها إلى موارد اقتصادية تدعم سوق العمل.
وتسعى هيئة البيئة بولاية السويق إلى تعزيز الوعي البيئي، وتشجيع المجتمع العماني على تبني ممارسات مستدامة في إدارة النفايات، بما يساهم في حماية البيئة وصحة الإنسان، ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني في آنٍ واحد.
