اصدر صاحب الجلالة السلطان هيثم بن طارق مرسوم سلطاني بتاريخ 10 ديسمبر 2024، رقم 62/2024. يتضمن المرسوم التصديق على اتفاقية بين سلطنة عمان وجمهورية إستونيا لتجنب الازدواج الضريبي ومنع التهرب الضريبي على الدخل.
