أعلنت شركة MENA لحلول الموارد البشرية عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة لمدير مخاطر الائتمان لصالح إحدى الشركات الكبرى في قطاع التصنيع. تشمل المؤهلات المطلوبة حصول المتقدم على درجة ماجستير في المالية أو التجارة، وشهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التجارة، بالإضافة إلى شهادة في إدارة المخاطر الائتمانية (ERM) كمؤهل إضافي.
يتطلب المنصب خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة مخاطر الائتمان والمخاطر العامة، مع سنتين على الأقل في منصب إداري. كما تتطلب الوظيفة معرفة جيدة بالمبادئ المحاسبية وعمليات التصنيع.
تشمل المهارات المطلوبة: بناء العلاقات التجارية، مهارات التفاوض، مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفهي، بالإضافة إلى إتقان برامج الحاسوب مثل SAP وExcel.
