الأحد المقبل.. مجلسُ الشورى يستضيف وزير العمل لمناقشة “مبادرات التوظيف المؤقتة”
مسقط في 10 ديسمبر /العُمانية/ يستضيف مجلس الشورى الأحد المقبل في جلسته الاعتيادية الثالثة من دور الانعقاد العادي الثاني للفترة العاشرة معالي الدكتور محاد بن سعيد باعوين وزير العمل، لمناقشته بشأن موضوع “مبادرات التوظيف المؤقتة “.
وقال سعادة الشيخ أحمد بن محمد الندابي أمين عام مجلس الشورى في تصريح له إن جلسة الاستضافة جاءت وفقاً للمادة (68) من قانون مجلس عُمان، والمادة (56) من قانون مجلس الشورى التي نصت على أنه يجوز لمجلس الشورى ممارسة اختصاصه في المتابعة باستعمال جملة من الأدوات من بينها طلب المناقشة.
وأشار إلى أن طلب المناقشة سيركز على موضوع “مبادرات التوظيف المؤقتة ” من خلال عدة محاور أبرزها، نتائج تطبيق عقود العمل الحكومية المؤقتة بأنواعها، وخطط الوزارة لتطوير هذه العقـــود، إلى جانب نتائج تطبيق بقية أنواع عقود العمل بالقطاع الخاص والتحديات الماثلة أمام الوزارة، بالإضافة إلى مستقبل عقود العمل المؤقتة القائمة والمستقبلية وخطة الوزارة في التعامل معها جراء تطبيق قانون العمل الحالي، ورؤية الوزارة بشأن الإطار القانوني والإداري لعقود العمل المؤقتة في ظل مؤشرات ” اقتصاديات سوق العمل ” المتأرجحة ومتطلبات التقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي.
ووضح سعادته أن الجلسة ستناقش متابعة الوزارة للآثار (الإيجابية والسلبية) جراء تطبيق مبادرات التشغيل المؤقتة على بيئة العمل في سلطنة عُمان والقوى الوطنية العاملة بقطاعيه (العام والخاص).
وأفــاد بأن مجلس الشورى عمل على إعداد دراسة لملف مبادرات التوظيف المؤقتة ودراسة الجوانب ذات الصلة بالموضوع من خلال جمع البيانات، والوقوف على التحديات التي رافقت مبادرات التوظيف، ووضع الحلول والمقترحات الداعمة لمعالجة الآثار المترتبة على تطبيقها والتحضير لجلسة المناقشة من خلال تشكيل فريقٍ تحضيري.
وأضاف أن الجلسة ستشهد الإحاطة بعدد من مشروعات القوانين المحالة من الحكومة والمتمثلة في مشروع قانون تحصيل مستحقات الدولة، ومشروع قانون حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
